Meet Dr. Sandlin
Dr. Deborah Sandlin is a minister, educator, and conflict resolution coach whose work lives where people, rules, and relationships meet. A U.S. Army Veteran, she brings a background in law and compliance, a Master’s in Conflict Management, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Professional Practice to every room she serves.
Her message is simple: unity is possible, and no one lives in the valley forever.
